Loved this small essay on On becoming a day person. It is something I had adapted with kids as well. I don’t have the early morning Routine, but I agree with almost everything Herman Martinus’s says.

Being a Morning Person, and becoming a day person, and enjoying life, is very fulfilling. But also, not stressing too much about implementing it yourself if you don’t, as it defeats the purpose of it..

# Nature

A similar effect like this I like to follow is being in nature and walking everyday. Tuning off, re-energising, unblocking tasks and problems. Flourishing creativity, too.
