Two Minutes Rules
Introduced in the Atomic Habits - James Clear book.
It says that:
- Make the habit for at longest 2 minutes! You might do some more.
- if it really doesn’t stick, stop after two minutes of the gym, for example.
- The hard part is starting a habit. e.g., changing clothes before going to run. Running is the easy part; if you have changed, you will go no matter what
