Two Minutes Rules

Introduced in the Atomic Habits (James Clear) book.

It says that:

  1. Make the habit for at longest 2 minutes! You might do some more.
    1. if it really doesn’t stick, stop after two minutes of the gym, for example.
  2. The hard part is starting a habit. e.g., changing clothes before going to run. Running is the easy part; if you have changed, you will go no matter what
