Turn Off, Shut Down, Re-energize
Something that is easy to say, but more important to do. I enjoy walks in nature or go for a long bicycle rides. It does not really matter what you do, but that you do something, and without distraction.
For a long time, I listened to books on walks, but it always felt like more work. Sure, if you have a great book, listening can be fun too, but I did my best to calm down when I went without any distractions—just me and nature.
