For me, it’s the FriXion Clicker, easy to remove, excellent flow on plain Physical Notebooks, and cheap. Easy refill.

The down sides: sometimes the attacher at the top breaks.

# Caran d’Ache 849 Classic

More premium that I like most is the Caran d’Ache classic, it’s the best pencil out there IMO. But why I like FriXion more, is the easy to remove with the erasor. It’s closer to a fountain pen, so it flows a little easier.

# Murano glass pens

Murano glass pens from Scriba Venice are such a joy to write on. It’s flowing much better than a traditional fountain pen, and hold more ink for a longer writing process.

I even choose the very long nib, so it hold even more:

I don’t mastered it yet, and my notebook with it’s 80g pages is a little too fine, but it’s amazing to write with. This is how it looks:

Or here the first try in a coffee shop in venice:

The description from Scriba:

The uniqueness, quality and elegance of Murano glass rods worked by lamp by a local craftsman are the ingredients necessary to shape every single example of our pens. Color in all its shapes and shades, embellished with murrina, 24 carat gold leaf or bronze glitter, also allows us to satisfy all tastes: from the refined and delicate ones of a woman to the more classic and decisive ones of a man.

For all those who intend to approach or rediscover the art of calligraphy, this product reaches the pinnacle of peculiarity also thanks to the integrated and perfectly functional vintage nibs.

Very fitting to my love of craftsmanship.
