EtLT refers to Extract, small transform, Load, Transform, and can be thought of as an extension to the ELT approach to Data Integration, usually done in tools such as Airbyte, etc.

When compared to ELT, the EtLT approach incorporates an additional small transform (small “t”) transformation, which is done on the data after it is extracted from the source and before it is loaded into the destination.
