To my knowledge, the first two to start the YouTube game are SeattleDataGuy and Andreas Kretz. According to the sign-up log, Ben signed up a little earlier (Jan 2017) than Andreas (April 2017).

However, the first video, made by Andreas, was about The 4 Vs of Big Data! in May 2017, compared to Ben’s video on Introduction To Time Series In R in May 2018.
